    • 1.由于光线的问题,黄土不怎么黄。挖一桶黄土(大概20斤),比较油性的那种黄土。
    • 2.和的过程忘记拍照了,黄土放入盆中,加水,加盐和(水的量要根据黄土需求加,得自己看)。
    • 3.和的过程忘记拍照了,每4斤黄土里放1斤粗盐(细盐也行)。
    • 4.这样就行了,这个步骤就要加碱粉了,大概这么一盆放2-3两,没有碱粉的可以加炉灰(烧柴火的炉灰)。同时再倒入50克高白酒。加入这些可以使咸鸭蛋更加起油。
    • 5.把鸭蛋洗干净。
    • 6.就这样放。
    • 7.再均匀的裹上泥土。
    • 8.然后再整齐的码入桶里。
    • 9.最后在桶外写上日期,喜欢吃淡的半个月可以吃,喜欢咸的就二十天以上。
