早前,美天的姐妹们流行做小鸡烧果子。咱看着手痒痒的,趁着六一节和女儿一起做小萌物,过了个愉快的儿童节。

  • 炼奶100ml
  • 泡打粉2克

Steps to make 小鸡烧果子

  • 1.材料
  • 2.按配方比例,蛋黄和炼奶打匀。注意:我是用了3倍的份量哦~
  • 3.低粉和泡打粉充份混合,再筛入到蛋黄炼奶液中
  • 4.揉成面团放冰箱冷藏1小时。
  • 5.绿豆蓉适量(去壳绿豆沙)
  • 6.搓成每15克1个的小圆球
  • 7.揪10克面团按扁包入绿豆蓉
  • 8.慢慢收口,捏紧哦!面团很粘手,带上手套或手掌抹油可解决
  • 9.用虎口配合挤出小鸡头部、嘴巴和身子
  • 10.逐一做好之后,放入170度预热好的烤箱烤20分钟。
  • 11.晾凉后,隔水溶化小量巧克力,用牙签画出小鸡眼睛和翅膀
  • 12.好可爱的小胖墩
  • 13.形状各异左顾右盼的一窝小萌物。
  • 14.喂小鸡喽~嘻嘻,心都被萌化了!
