Steps to make 火腿葱香面包

  • 1.这是已经揉好,经过第一次发酵好面团
  • 2.把面团分成等份的小面团
  • 3.擀成长条形,在一端放上过腿肠
  • 4.从上到下均匀的卷起来
  • 5.用剪刀把裹好火腿肠跟面团平均的剪开,面皮不要完全剪断
  • 6.一节一节的对翻成型,放烤箱进行第二次发酵至1.5倍大
  • 7.拿出来刷蛋液,挤上沙拉,撒上葱花
  • 8.进烤箱上下火170度,烤20分钟左右,面包表面成金黄色
  • 9.每个烤箱的脾气不同,时间跟温度要自己掌握
  • 10.非常柔软的一款面包,拉丝效果看得到
