  • 1.红薯,山药
  • 2.椰蓉,糯米粉,白糖
  • 3.红薯,山药洗净切厚片
  • 4.入锅中,水开蒸15分钟至熟
  • 5.山药放入保鲜袋,置菜板上用擀面杖擀压成泥
  • 6.山药泥搓成小圆球,(做馅用)
  • 7.蒸熟的红薯揉碎加入适量糯米粉和适量白糖(红薯本身就甜,喜欢甜些的可以多加糖)
  • 8.署泥用手捏成圆片包入山药球馅
  • 9.封口搓圆
  • 10.搓好的红薯球放盘中
  • 11.水烧开,入锅蒸8分钟即可
  • 12.稍凉,手指蘸一点水(热有点粘手)拿红署球放入椰蓉中滚上一圈粘上椰蓉
