腊味合蒸其实不限什么食材的,只要是腌腊制品都可以一起蒸,最常见的是腊肉腊鱼腊鸡。

Steps to make 腊味合蒸

  • 1.要到年尾了,来准备腊货过年吧!冬至过后可以腌制腊货了。将腊鸡腿,腊鱼和麻辣肠用温水洗净表面。
  • 2.将腌制好的麻辣肠切片,腊鸡腿和腊鱼斩块依次码放在盘中,如果是少油的腊制品可以淋一勺食用油在上面,如果喜欢吃辣可以加一匙豆豉辣椒酱,我这用的麻辣肠有辣椒和花椒所以不需要添加任何调料。
  • 3.放入蒸锅中蒸10—15分钟即可。
  • 4.如果腌制的腊货比较咸可以先用水煮个七八分钟后倒掉水再蒸。
