牛奶条子饼干
君之的牛奶方块小饼干,做成条形当然就叫条子饼干了。从此形状的改变就可以知道——犯懒。形状越小越花时间和功夫,懒人总是忍不住要寻找变通的方法。而这个方子本身也比较适合懒人——不需要打发黄油,融化即可,不仅省时间,而且省去了洗打蛋器的麻烦。
条子细长了些,拿取的时候总是担心会拉断。虽然烘烤之后有了硬度,却又担心会摔断。大概只有断在嘴里,才最放心。。。。。。

  • 奶粉15克
  • 鸡蛋15克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 黄油35克
  • 糖粉40克

  • 1.用料
  • 2.黄油隔水加热至融化
  • 3.加入蛋液和牛奶,搅拌均匀
  • 4.倒入糖粉和奶粉
  • 5.搅拌均匀
  • 6.倒入低筋粉
  • 7.抓成均匀面团
  • 8.放在案台上,擀成约0.3厘米厚的长方形
  • 9.切成宽约1厘米左右的条
  • 10.摆入烤盘
  • 11.放入烤箱,中层,上下火180度,烤约12分钟
  • 12.出炉
