  • 1.准备所需材料。
  • 2.奶酪事先解冻。
  • 3.鸡胸肉清干净,切小丁,加适量奥尔良调料、盐调味,加适量黄酒去腥,拌匀腌制十五分钟。
  • 4.青椒、红椒、洋葱适量切丝,加适量盐腌制,去除水分,加适量黑胡椒粉调味。
  • 5.平底锅烧热,加1小块黄油。
  • 6.黄油融化,加入腌制的鸡肉,翻炒。
  • 7.鸡肉熟透盛出备用。
  • 8.解冻的披萨饼胚放入预热200度的烤箱中层烤5分钟取出。
  • 9.刷一层番茄酱,撒适量奶酪。
  • 10.鸡肉均匀铺在奶酪上。
  • 11.青椒、红椒、洋葱丝铺在鸡肉上。放入200度烤箱中层烤十五分钟左右。
  • 12.青椒、红椒基本断生,再铺一层奶酪。
  • 13.继续放入烤箱,烤制奶酪融化,披萨完全熟即可。
