蜜桃千层蛋糕
夏季的桃子水分多,又甜,做个蜜桃千层蛋糕吧!

  • 淡奶油30g
  • 牛奶250ml
  • 40g

Steps to make 蜜桃千层蛋糕

  • 1.准备食材。将桃子削皮切丁。
  • 2.锅内倒入桃粒,挤入柠檬汁,放入冰箱,小火煮15分钟。期间用勺子搅拌。
  • 3.煮好后放凉备用。
  • 4.碗内打入3个鸡蛋,打散,加入牛奶、淡奶油、低粉、白糖搅拌均匀过筛。
  • 5.过筛后加入适量的色素,本来是想变粉红的,结果变成黄色的了!
  • 6.锅内刷薄薄一层油,倒入面糊,煎成面饼。
  • 7.再将淡奶油加糖打发备用。
  • 8.一共摊了7张面饼,凉后放一层奶油再放入一些桃粒即可。
