Steps to make 圣诞烤鸡

  • 1.小嫩鸡洗净,去内脏、屁股、脖子;
  • 2.用厨房纸吸去水分;
  • 3.小嫩鸡表面用盐和黑胡椒轻轻涂抹均匀;
  • 4.放入盆中,盖上保鲜膜腌制一晚上;
  • 5.胡萝卜土豆切块,取一小部分切成小块,培根洋葱切碎;
  • 6.锅内放黄油融化后,加入洋葱、培根、胡萝卜和土豆,翻炒至软,加盐和黑胡椒碎调味;
  • 7.将炒好的土豆胡萝卜塞进鸡肚子;
  • 8.将鸡尾部用牙签封住,鸡腿尾部和翅尖用锡纸包裹一下,放入烤盘,并将剩余的土豆和胡萝卜一起放入盘中;
  • 9.将新鲜迷迭香放在鸡上,加入少许橄榄油、盐和黑胡椒;
  • 10.烤箱预热180度,烤90分钟。
