西式香煎鳕鱼
鳕鱼原产于从北欧至加拿大及美国东部的北大西洋寒冷水域。目前鳕鱼主要出产国是加拿大、冰岛、挪威及俄罗斯。鳕鱼的肝脏含油量高,除了富含普通鱼油所有的DHA、DPA外,还含有人体所必需的维生素A、D、E和其他多种维生素。鳕鱼肝油中这些营养成分的比例,正是人体每日所需要量的最佳比例。因此,北欧人将它称为餐桌上的“营养师”。
鳕鱼是近些年才传入我国的深海鱼一种,刚传入时只能在西餐厅才可以品尝到,且价格昂贵,现在在超市也可以购到鳕鱼,它肉质细腻,特别用油简单煎,外皮煎至金黄酥脆,口感柔滑,鲜而不腥,嫩而不生,非常美味。

    Steps to make 西式香煎鳕鱼

    • 1.鳕鱼洗净加少许料酒、盐腌制十分钟;
    • 2.香葱洗净备用;
    • 3.平底锅中加橄榄油;
    • 4.油热后将鳕鱼片放入锅中小火煎制;
    • 5.煎制过程中在鱼身上磨入黑胡椒粉;
    • 6.再撒少许盐
    • 7.两面煎制金黄色即可
