  • 1.婆婆丁去掉老叶,摘洗干净。
  • 2.黄瓜去皮洗净切条,这是本地的羊角葱,刚刚出土没几天,有点辣,特别有葱味。
  • 3.准备一个鸡蛋,这是2人份的量,一个鸡蛋炸酱就够。
  • 4.鸡蛋打散,加点料酒去腥,搅拌均匀。锅中加入适量的油,下入蛋液滑散。
  • 5.加入香其酱,炸出香味。
  • 6.出锅装盘。
  • 7.准备好的婆婆丁蘸酱菜上桌,米饭多做点,少了不够吃。
