五谷养生参鸡汤

春耕夏耘,秋收冬藏。中医认为冬季是精气匿藏蓄养的时节,冬令进补以立冬后至立春前这段时间为宜。《黄帝内经》中就提出“五谷为养”,五谷杂粮含有丰富的碳水化合物、纤维素和矿物质,素来是人体热能的来源,丰富的营养素还可预防疾病、补养脏腑。“五畜为益”提醒大家还要注意补充含有丰富蛋白质的肉禽类食物。

Steps to make 五谷养生参鸡汤

  • 1.准备喜欢的五谷杂粮,这里加入了糙米、小米、薏米、麦冬、眉豆,如果个人喜欢,也可以加紫米、麦仁、玉米渣之类的粗粮。
  • 2.泡好的杂粮,连同参片拌在一起备用。
  • 3.把鸡肚里面淘洗干净,然后把五谷杂粮,填入鸡肚。不用填太多,让杂粮可以在肚子里面更好的煮熟发开,也不用沥干水,需要有水五谷才更容易煮烂。
  • 4.用牙签把开口缝起来,目标是杂粮不漏出即可。把缝好的五谷鸡和枸杞放入沙煲中加水没过鸡身,中火煲半小时后转小火再煲半小时(根据鸡的大小适当调整时间),煮好后下少许薄盐和滴上芝麻油和香菜即可。
