  • 1.蛋清蛋黄分离至无油无水的碗中

  • 6.28×28烤盘铺上油纸,将蛋糕糊倒入烤盘中,轻震出气泡
  • 7.烤盘上下火160度烘烤25分钟
  • 8.出炉后的蛋糕晾凉后裁剪出8的数字
  • 9.草莓洗净切小块
  • 10.芒果也切小丁,蓝莓洗净备用
  • 11.淡奶油加入白砂糖,打发至干性
  • 12.奶油装入裱花袋中,用裱花嘴挤出自己喜欢的形状
  • 13.往中间摆放上水果丁
  • 14.叠放上另一个数字8,裱上花纹
  • 15.摆放上最后一层水果丁即成
