抓饭——懒人的饭菜,当然也是快手菜!不过味道和营养是不差的哦!周末了总想出去走走,总想偷懒一下下,为了能按时我们的周末出行——海边踏浪,就零时发挥做了抓饭。
因为这也是第一次做抓饭,吃的老公赞不绝口,心里美滋滋;在折腾做饭过程中,很少有第一次失败哦……自恋一下下啦!

  • 胡萝卜1个

  • 老抽1匙
  • 生抽1.5匙
  • 孜然粉0.1匙
  • 鸡精0.1匙

Steps to make 牛肉抓饭

  • 1.原材料(牛肉、胡萝卜、洋葱),很简单很常用!
  • 2.姜蒜切末,牛肉、胡萝卜、洋葱切丁!
  • 3.炒锅热油,爆香花椒再捞出!
  • 4.爆香姜蒜,大火炒散牛肉,直到炒干水份!
  • 5.加老抽上色,在放入孜然粉大火炒!
  • 6.放入洋葱炒出香味,在放人胡萝卜翻炒片刻,加入生抽,少许盐炒匀!
  • 7.大米洗干净放入电饭煲,加入比平时少半碗的水,再将炒好的牛肉倒入上面,轻轻振动一下电饭煲,让菜均匀铺在上面;
  • 8.打开电源开始蒸,到蒸熟保温为止!
  • 9.稍微凉一会,打开锅盖就看到香喷喷的抓饭,散鸡精调味搅拌均匀!
