  • 2.然后去皮切碎
  • 3.然后重新煮一锅水 放入少许盐
  • 4.放入自己想吃意面的量
  • 5.煮好之后 过滤水分或者放在凉水里抄一下
  • 6.锅里放油 放入切好的番茄
  • 7.吵成泥 然后加入番茄酱两至三勺
  • 8.吵匀以后放入适量虾仁
  • 9.然后放入控好水的意面 翻炒
  • 10.出锅前放入少许盐巴即可
  • 11.出锅装盘 撒点香料
