Steps to make 香蕉蛋糕

  • 1.选用熟透的香蕉放入盆中压成泥,加入鸡蛋、色拉油、牛奶和糖搅拌均匀。
  • 2.筛入低粉和泡打粉。
  • 3.搅拌均匀加入泡好的葡萄干。
  • 4.放入预热180度的烤箱中层35-40分钟。面糊比较稀,所以需要多烤一会儿。
  • 5.烤好后拿出,晾在烤架上,蛋糕中间自然开裂。
  • 6.掰开后,里面是葡萄干夹心。整个蛋糕松软香甜,满满的香蕉味道,非常好吃!
