Steps to make 雪人翻糖杯子蛋糕

  • 1.需要的翻糖膏和色素,色素我用的基础四色加上黑色素,一共五个
  • 2.手上抹少许白油取翻糖膏适量,用手揉至柔软光滑有弹性,将翻糖膏调出需要的颜色
  • 3.取大小相同的两块白色翻糖膏,揉圆,用牙签将他们组装在一起,分别为雪人的身体和头部
  • 4.用翻糖工具压出眼部轮廓,以便固定
  • 5.取黑色翻糖膏揉成大小相同的两个椭圆,作为雪人的眼睛,粘在面部
  • 6.红色翻糖膏揉成锥形,作为雪人的鼻子。蓝色翻糖膏揉圆用牙签挑出纹路,粘在头部作为耳帽。蓝色和黄色翻糖膏分别搓成长条缠在一起围在脖子上作为围巾
  • 7.再带上一顶小帽子
  • 8.用翻糖笔沾少许红色色素画上嘴巴
  • 9.准备杯子蛋糕,可以参考我的另外一篇菜谱,香草杯子蛋糕
  • 10.将翻糖膏擀开,铺在杯子蛋糕上用手沿着杯子的边缘压一下,去掉多余的部分
  • 11.将雪人组装在杯子蛋糕上
  • 12.成品,请忽略后面那个不太成功的作品
