家里的韩式烧烤
特别爱吃韩国的烤五花肉,常常去蜀王的寿福城吃,现在吃的人太多,每次都要等上很久才有位子。觉得在家吃,更有家庭气氛。就上网买了个电烤锅。准备在家自己动手。

    Steps to make 家里的韩式烧烤

    • 1.先把五花肉切片(越薄越好),用盐拌一下。鸡翅用生抽,盐,味精,五香粉,香草椒盐研制2小时。烤之前用锡箔纸包起来。香肠是现成的。直接烤就可以。金针菇用培根卷起来,用牙签牢固,然后用锡箔纸包起来,为了保护水分和香味。
    • 2.准备工作结束之后,就开始动手烧烤了。先烤五花肉,因为会有油汁,再烤蔬菜就很方便了。鸡翅放在锅的旁边慢慢烤。
    • 3.烤好的五花肉沾酱包着生菜,(酱料也是自己做的,下回再跟大家介绍)真是美味啊。。鸡翅烤的很嫩,水分没有流失,棒极了。我家老公最爱吃培根卷金针菇。虽然我不喜欢,不过很鲜。同样的可以烤土豆,地瓜,豆角,玉米。都很棒。
