凉拌金针菇
这是一个简单的快手菜,清爽适口但又不失鲜美。
凉拌菜应是夏季的常客,在秋季里再做来吃就有了点回味的感觉。金针菇经沸水焯过后过凉水可使其爽脆,再配以应季的小蔬菜丝,最后用料汁调匀即可。

料汁的调制可以根据个人的喜好和习惯来选择材料,喜欢葱油的可浇上葱油等。

    Steps to make 凉拌金针菇

    • 1.金针菇去根,沸水焯20-30秒后捞出,过凉水后控水备用。
    • 2.黄瓜洗净切丝,放少许精盐腌渍10分钟。
    • 3.大蒜瓣切细末后倒入1/2汤匙生抽。
    • 4.放少许精盐。
    • 5.倒入一汤匙白糖。
    • 6.滴入适量香油。
    • 7.根据个人喜好倒入适量花椒油调匀。
    • 8.把调好的料汁倒入盛有黄瓜丝,金针菇的碗里,拌匀即可。
