韩式炒年糕
花儿的家人不太喜欢甜食,买来的年糕喜欢做成红豆年糕汤或是这种水煮的韩式炒年糕。做炒年糕,正宗的做法不是用油炒,而是水煮的方式,使得年糕充分吸收酱料,韧性十足。放入足量的韩式辣酱,做出来的年糕香辣爽韧,口感层次丰富,别有一番风味。

Steps to make 韩式炒年糕

  • 1.准备好需要的食材,炒年糕里还可以放些辣白菜,胡萝卜一类的。
  • 2.洋葱洗净切细丝。
  • 3.年糕虽然是熟的,但为了一会儿包裹汤汁入味更好吃,建议先沸水煮2分钟,时间不用长。
  • 4.平底锅烧热,放少许油,放入洋葱丝爆炒。入2大勺韩式辣酱,加入1小勺米酒炒香。
  • 5.放入适量开水,根据口味酌情放糖和盐。
  • 6.放入刚才煮好的年糕条,中火焖煮到收汁。
  • 7.炒好后撒上熟芝麻即可。
