砂锅牛肉粥

  • 1.大米和砂锅备好。
  • 2.大米加入足够水,滴入几滴食用油,开中火。
  • 3.煮开后用勺子搅拌。
  • 4.改小火,慢慢炖煮。
  • 5.直到炖煮到米粒开花,汤汁有些浓稠。
  • 6.牛里脊剁碎。
  • 7.舀一点米汤放入牛肉末里。
  • 8.充分搅拌均匀。
  • 9.然后把牛肉末倒入白粥里,继续小火炖煮五分钟。
  • 10.期间不断搅拌锅底,防止糊锅。
  • 11.直到粥浓稠,即可关火。
