Steps to make 酸奶紫薯布丁

  • 1.布丁液:120g酸奶、80g淡奶油、15g糖、冷开水泡软的吉利丁片1片,微波炉加热1分半钟,搅拌至吉利丁片完全溶解。容器斜放,加入混合好的布丁液。冰箱冷藏3小时,至完全凝固。
  • 2.粉红布丁液:100g酸奶、70g淡奶油、15g糖、冷开水泡软的吉利丁片1片,紫薯泥适量,微波炉加热1分半钟,搅拌至吉利丁片完全溶解。
  • 3.容器往另一方向斜放,加入混合好的粉红色布丁液。冰箱冷藏3小时,至完全凝固。
  • 4.余下材料,重复上一步,记得多放点紫薯,颜色更深。放入冰箱冷藏至凝固。
  • 5.完成。
  • 6.同理,可加入抹茶粉,做出绿色的布丁。
  • 7.味道不错!
