    Steps to make 干煎三文鱼

    • 1.三文鱼直接取出,不用过清水洗了,因为新鲜,是可以做鱼生的那种;
    • 2.三文鱼均匀地抹上盐,黑胡椒碎,腌渍半小时左右;
    • 3.腌三文鱼的时候处理沙拉,苦菊洗净,取中间部分,紫甘洗净切成细丝,胡萝卜去皮也切成丝;
    • 4.加入少许盐,橄榄油,加少许红酒醋或者滴入几滴柠檬做简单调味即可,拌匀后撒入松仁; 备用;
    • 5.平底锅入适量橄榄油,烧热;
    • 6.下三文鱼块煎香一面;
    • 7.翻面煎香另一面即可!
    • 8.把三文鱼装碟,沙拉伴碟,食用时可滴几滴柠檬汁。
