    Steps to make 麦片炒大虾

    • 1.锅内加适量的油,放入蒜末,小火煸炒。
    • 2.炒至金黄色,盛出备用。
    • 3.锅内不放油,加入适量的麦片,小火慢慢的炒。
    • 4.麦片慢慢的边淡黄了,盛出备用。
    • 5.大虾清洗干净。
    • 6.在大虾的背部切开,去除虾线,加入生抽、盐、料酒少许腌制几分钟。
    • 7.把腌制好的大虾,控干,撒上干淀粉。
    • 8.每只虾均匀的沾上干淀粉。
    • 9.锅内加多多的油烧至有点冒烟了,然后把沾好干淀粉的大虾放入。
    • 10.大虾,炸至金黄后盛出备用。
    • 11.把炒好的蒜粒、麦片,炸好的大虾都倒进锅里去吧,加入适量的盐,炒匀即可。吃辣的可以加入适量的辣椒面,如果加入椒盐呢,就是椒盐口味的了;加上咖喱粉呢?随意啊
