  • 1.猪肉切片放料酒淀粉腌制10分钟,木耳,黄花菜泡发,黄瓜洗净切片。
  • 2.葱姜切碎和花椒放入锅中小火炼油。
  • 3.去除残渣,留葱姜花椒油。
  • 4.锅中放葱姜花椒油大火滑炒里脊片,变色后盛出。
  • 5.鸡蛋打散。
  • 6.放入锅中炒熟盛出备用。
  • 7.锅中留油,炒木耳和黄花菜1分钟,放入炒好的肉片和鸡蛋,倒入料酒,生抽,白糖,炒匀。
  • 8.放黄瓜片炒半分钟。
  • 9.炒至黄瓜片发软。
  • 10.盛出。
