    Steps to make 干贝玉子

    • 1.所用材料:玉子豆腐、干贝、青红辣椒、小葱。
    • 2.将干贝用清水洗干净,加适量水、料酒、葱结。
    • 3.入锅蒸约15分钟。
    • 4.干贝取出待用。
    • 5.将玉子豆腐事先在速冻里放5-10分钟左右,拿出来后中间切段,挤出玉子豆腐,切成约2厘米厚的块。
    • 6.锅内放适量油,约7成热时,放入玉子豆腐。
    • 7.两面都煎制金黄。
    • 8.煎好后放在厨房纸巾上吸吸油。
    • 9.青红椒,小葱切碎。
    • 10.锅内放少量油,将蒸好的干贝跟青红椒入锅炒一下。
    • 11.加入蒸干贝的干贝水跟适量清水,煮开。
    • 12......
    • 13.加入煎好的玉子。
    • 14.加水淀粉勾芡,用锅铲轻轻推几下。
    • 15.最后撒上葱花即可。
    • 16.装盘上桌了。
