蒜香肉末烤茄子
我一直不会做茄子,只要是炒或炖的茄子,家人都不爱吃,唯独用肉沫烤的茄子,都是来者不拒,还少油烟。

  • 蒜蓉辣酱20克
  • 韩式辣酱10克
  • 番茄沙司10克
  • 白糖5克
  • 料酒10毫升

Steps to make 蒜香肉末烤茄子

  • 1.准备的食材:茄子洗净,尖椒洗净切成小丁,蒜切末,葱切末
  • 2.茄子对半切开,在茄子表面划上刀痕,摆放在烤盘中,其中一个茄子太长,切成了2半
  • 3.在茄子的切面上刷上少许的植物油
  • 4.烤箱采用纯烤的方式,上下管加热200度,升温后放入烤盘;茄子先烤16分钟
  • 5.烤茄子的间隙,准备其他材料;先准备酱料:蒜蓉辣酱、韩式辣酱、番茄沙司、白糖,放入调料碗中;用少许清水搅拌均匀成糊状
  • 6.炒锅中放入适量的植物油,油热后放入蒜末、葱末,炒出香味;放入肉馅翻炒至变色,倒入少许的料酒炒匀
  • 7.倒入调匀的酱料翻炒;炒匀后倒入尖椒丁翻炒
  • 8.略作翻炒后关火,肉馅做好待用
  • 9.时间到,拿出烤盘;烤好的茄子
  • 10.在茄子上放上炒好的肉馅
  • 11.将茄子再次放入烤箱中;温度仍旧为200度,时间设为20分钟
  • 12.20分钟后,取出烤盘,装盘食用
