Steps to make 芝士厚蛋烧

  • 1.将鸡蛋,牛奶和盐加入碗里,然后用打蛋器器搅打均匀
  • 2.香肠切丁备用
  • 3.葱洗净切末,备用
  • 4.将葱末和香肠丁加入蛋液中
  • 5.芝士切丁备用
  • 6.将厚蛋烧锅刷一层薄油,
  • 7.倒入1/3的蛋液晃动锅子让其均匀摊开
  • 8.小火慢煎蛋皮,待快凝固时,撒一层芝士丁
  • 9.从头慢慢的将蛋皮卷起,在蛋卷的下面再刷一层薄油,倒入1/3的蛋液,待蛋皮快要凝固时,在撒一层芝士丁。按照此步骤,用完剩下的1/3的蛋液,撒芝士粒,再次卷起。
  • 10.最后卷好的蛋卷,切块装盘
