具有生津、降火、养阴、润肺、止咳血等功能。临床上常用于治疗因热燥伤津所致的肺热烦渴、便干燥闷、劳伤肺阴、咳吐白痰、久咳咯血等呼吸道病症。还富含果糖、葡萄糖、苹果酸、蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素和无机盐钙、铁、茯苓酶、贝母碱等,可调整血压,促进食欲,润肺止咳,清热化痰,宁心安神,疗效明显。除胃虚寒与泄肚患者,妇孺老弱皆可饮用。

Steps to make 润肺化痰健脾胃【秋梨膏】

  • 1.准备需要材料:雪梨8斤,罗汉果1个,川贝30克,冰糖100克,红枣100克,生姜1小块,蜂蜜适量。
  • 2.梨子洗净后去皮去蒂擦成丝。
  • 3.全部擦成丝,核不要。
  • 4.红枣洗净去核切碎,生姜切丝,罗汉果洗净用手掰碎,全部放入雪梨中拌均匀。
  • 5.大火煮开后改小火煮45分钟。
  • 6.煮好后,用筛子或者纱布滤出里面的水分。
  • 7.尽可能的榨干一些。
  • 8.川贝放入料理机中打成粉末。
  • 9.加入冰糖和川贝粉。
  • 10.快速搅拌均匀,这时候可以开大火煮开后,改小火慢慢熬2个小时左右。
  • 11.熬到类似于蜂蜜这样的稠度即可熄火(熬到后面注意看住火候,要不时的搅拌一下,以免糊锅)。
  • 12.放凉后加入适量的蜂蜜调匀就大功告成(放入干净无油无水的玻璃容器中冷藏保存,喝的时候用干净无油无水的勺子舀几勺勾兑温开水冲服即可)。
