咸蛋配瓜炒很奇妙,从最顽劣的苦瓜到温和的丝瓜、胡瓜、栉瓜,简直是逢瓜必杀。

  • 料酒2大匙
  • 奶油1块
  • 黑胡椒少许

  • 1.备料;香菇泡软切碎、葱切细、大蒜切末,栉瓜切小块
  • 2.咸蛋对切取出,将蛋白、蛋黄以叉子铲松铲碎 (此批咸蛋过咸,只能放1粒,2粒蛋较理想)
  • 3.起油锅炒香葱蒜末&香菇丁
  • 4.放入咸蛋碎爆炒,淋2大匙料酒 (蛋黄开始融解~成粉状颗粒)
  • 5.下栉瓜翻炒至熟,放入奶油融化均匀、撒上胡椒即成。
