  • 1.将玫瑰花酱和熟糯米粉混合均匀。

  • 4.将玫瑰花馅平均分成16份,滚圆,放冰箱冷冻。
  • 5.将水油皮和油酥各分成16份,滚圆。
  • 6.将油酥包入水油皮中。
  • 7.滚圆,盖保鲜膜静置15分钟。
  • 8.逐个擀开。
  • 9.纵向卷起,盖保鲜膜静置15分钟。
  • 10.再擀开。
  • 11.卷起,盖保鲜膜静置15分钟。
  • 12.将饼皮两端往中间折。
  • 13.擀开。
  • 14.包入馅,滚圆,稍按扁。
  • 15.滚圆,稍按扁。
  • 16.摆入烤盘,用色素在表面印上图案。
  • 17.放入烤箱中层上火140度下火130度20分钟,中途翻面。
  • 18.饼开始鼓起时即可出炉。
