黑芝麻团糕
~~~  打了黑芝麻粉、蒸了一小糕
    糯米团黏黏韧韧、又裹了香香的果仁和枣肉,还粘满了黑芝麻粉、、俩字:好吃

  • 蜂蜜20克

Steps to make 黑芝麻团糕

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.糯米粉内拌入糖、加入水,揉成团,因为要加果仁可以揉的稍软一些。
  • 3.核桃仁切成碎、黑枣切丝,与葵花籽仁、南瓜籽一起拌入粉团内。
  • 4.果仁和粉团揉均匀。
  • 5.盆内抹上黄油、防粘。
  • 6.放上揉好的粉团、按压铺平。
  • 7.冷水入锅,上汽后蒸约20分钟,关火焖约5分钟,出锅。
  • 8.准备好黑芝麻粉、蜂蜜,乐扣乐扣盒内垫上保鲜膜。
  • 9.这是蒸好的糯米团。
  • 10.糯米团稍凉后揪一小块入黑芝麻粉内滚一圈,让糯米团上粘满黑芝麻粉。
  • 11.粘满黑芝麻粉的糯米团入已垫保鲜膜的乐扣乐扣盒内。
  • 12.放满一层糯米团后,淋上蜂蜜。
  • 13.再同上做法,做完所有的糯米团。
  • 14.包好保鲜膜。
  • 15.盖上盖子,入冰箱冷藏。(我上午做了,傍晚时分拿出来的)
  • 16.倒出已成型的糕。
  • 17.切片即可。
  • 18.亲亲说‘这是好吃的乌云糕~~~’
