Steps to make 可可海绵蛋糕

  • 1.全部用料
  • 2.蛋白蛋黄分离,蛋白盆无水无油
  • 3.打发蛋白,50克糖分三次加入
  • 4.打到湿性发泡即可,提起打蛋器能拉出弯曲的尖角
  • 5.蛋黄中加入30克糖,用打蛋器打发至颜色变浅,体积蓬松
  • 6.分三次倒入植物油,并用打蛋器继续搅打均匀
  • 7.打成浓稠的蛋黄糊
  • 8.取1/3蛋白到蛋黄糊里,翻拌均匀
  • 9.拌匀的蛋黄糊倒回蛋白盆里
  • 10.翻拌均匀
  • 11.分两到三次筛入可可粉和低筋面粉,我提前将两种粉混合了
  • 12.翻拌均匀
  • 13.倒入模具,震出气泡,烤箱上下火175度,25分钟左右
  • 14.成品
