  • 牛奶20克
  • 玉米油15克
  • 低筋面粉25克
  • 玉米淀粉10克
  • 蛋白90克
  • 细砂糖45克
  • 自制肉松.适量
  • 沙拉酱.适量

Steps to make 肉松元宝蛋糕

  • 1.用手动打蛋器把蛋黄打散后加入牛奶搅打均匀再加入玉米油继续搅打均匀
  • 2.筛入提前混匀的低筋面粉和玉米淀粉用手打蛋器划圈搅匀至无粉末状
  • 3.搅匀的蛋黄糊应该为光滑细腻状的
  • 4.蛋白分三次加入细砂糖用电动打蛋器打至九分发
  • 5.取一半的蛋白霜至蛋黄糊里用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀
  • 6.拌匀后加入剩下的一半蛋白霜继续用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀
  • 7.翻拌好的蛋糕糊应该很细腻而且很光滑的
  • 8.倒入一次性裱花袋剪宽口
  • 9.挤上不粘烤盘,送入上下火180度预热好的烤箱中层烤制15分钟即可
  • 10.出炉晾至温热后用刮板刮下来
  • 11.用刀将蛋糕从中一分为二后涂上沙拉酱撒上肉松扣在一起即可
