现在在家也能自己制作啦,其实一点都不难!白白嫩嫩像天使蛋糕一样轻盈软绵,松软的单片小贝蛋糕沾上一些沙拉酱,最外面则是一层细腻的鲜美鳕鱼鱼松,入口即化,鲜香可口,跟外面买的味道一模一样,还不快做起来?我先吃为敬啦~

  • 玉米油35g
  • 牛奶45g
  • 柠檬汁5滴
  • 细砂糖35g

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.玉米油和牛奶放入打蛋盆。
  • 3.搅拌至完全乳化。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 5.划Z字搅拌至无干粉颗粒,蛋白和蛋黄分离,蛋黄放入盆中。
  • 6.继续搅拌均匀,蛋黄糊就做好了。
  • 7.蛋白加柠檬汁。
  • 8.分三次加细砂糖,搅打至小弯勾状,蛋白霜就做好了。
  • 9.取1/3蛋白霜放入蛋黄糊中翻拌均匀。
  • 10.倒回蛋白霜中。
  • 11.快速翻拌均匀,蛋糕糊就做好了。
  • 12.装入裱花袋,均匀挤在铺了油纸的烤盘上。
  • 13.刚好可以挤24个。
  • 14.送入预热好的烤箱下层,上下火150度烤20分钟。
  • 15.出炉,趁热撕开油纸。
  • 16.取一个蛋糕片刷上沙拉酱。
  • 17.把两片蛋糕片粘在一起,外面(包括接缝处)全部刷上沙拉酱。
  • 18.放在装了鳕鱼松的盘子里,全方位粘满鱼松。
  • 19.鳕贝就做好了,咬一口软软的,又香又甜。
