  • 1.糯米和红豆准备好。
  • 2.放入清水浸泡6个小时,红枣清洗干净备用。

  • 4.取一张粽叶,在1/3处折成斗状。
  • 5.放入泡好的红枣、红豆和糯米。
  • 6.按自己口味需要放入红枣,交替添加。
  • 7.剩余的粽叶折下来将暴露面覆盖,捏住中间部位。
  • 8.将粽叶在捏住的地方折向两边,顺势折出一个角。
  • 9.中间系上棉线,一个粽子就完成了。
  • 10.依次包好。
