小三角粽
一般来说,包粽子都需要两三片叶子,但这种小三角粽,一片叶子就能搞定,形状也小巧玲珑,讨人喜爱。

    Steps to make 小三角粽

    • 1.将糯米提前一晚泡发。
    • 2.提前泡好洗净的粽叶。
    • 3.取一片粽叶,用窄的一头,逆时针向内旋转一周半,与宽边重合,形成一个锥形的窝。
    • 4.加少量米压实,加入红枣或豆沙馅。我用的是自制的绿豆沙馅。
    • 5.再填满米压实。
    • 6.把粽叶折回来盖住米。
    • 7.用虎口捏出尖角,多余粽叶折到侧面。
    • 8.缠线系紧,完成。
    • 9.包好的粽子放入高压锅,加水没过粽子,上气后煮25分钟。如果用普通锅煮,至少煮两小时。
    • 10.粽子出锅后,放在原汁里浸泡一晚更加入味。
