  • 细砂糖40克
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 淡奶油70克
  • 2克
  • 泡打粉4克
  • 可可豆50克(耐高温)

Steps to make 花生酱可可豆司康

  • 1.准备好食材;
  • 2.黄油软化加入细砂糖搅拌均匀;
  • 3.加入花生酱搅拌均匀成油糊;
  • 4.低筋面粉、泡打粉和盐混合过筛;
  • 5.倒入油糊中,用手搓成粗砂里状;
  • 6.鸡蛋液、淡奶油和牛奶混合均匀加入盆中,搅拌均匀;
  • 7.加入可可豆、用手和成面团;
  • 8.取出面团擀成1厘米厚的大圆片;
  • 9.用圆形饼干模压出小圆片;
  • 10.排入烤盘中,表面刷上蛋液;
  • 11.放入预热170度度的烤箱中层、上下火20分钟左右;
