  • 1.准备材料。橘子快下市了,只有这种大橘子,好在酸甜多汁,口感也不错!
  • 2.橘子去壳,1-2只用破壁机榨汁。
  • 3.取110克橘子汁+糯米粉+玉米淀粉+细砂糖放入盆中。
  • 4.搅打均匀。
  • 5.过筛入碗里,盖上保鲜膜,扎孔。
  • 6.水开后上锅蒸熟,大概25分钟。蒸好趁热放黄油揉匀。
  • 7.揉透的皮能扯开不会马上断裂,分4份,撒上熟糯米粉防粘。
  • 8.擀开或者用手压薄,放上一整颗橘子。
  • 9.收口朝上,捏紧,拍上熟粉防黏,放上带柄的叶片装饰就搞定啦!
  • 10.不用冷藏,就可以直接开吃啦,软糯的糯米皮,裹着多汁的橘子,酸酸甜甜,超软糯。配上冰镇饮料喝个下午茶,冰凉解暑,巨好吃!
