家里小朋友吵着要吃甜甜圈很久了,今天就安排给她做,放学回来了看到妈妈做的甜甜圈,开心极啦!松软香甜,做法简单,不用烤箱,简单一炸就做好了!

  • 玉米油23ml
  • 细砂糖35g
  • 鸡蛋一个
  • 酵母2.5g

Steps to make 甜甜圈面包

  • 1.面包桶中称入牛奶,鸡蛋,细砂糖,玉米,油,盐。
  • 2.再称入高筋面粉和酵母。
  • 3.放入面包机启动揉面程序36分钟。
  • 4.揉出薄而有韧性的手套膜,再整理圆润放入面包机发酵一个半小时。
  • 5.面团发酵好后,检查是否发酵完成,然后取出按压排气。
  • 6.排气后分成八等分。
  • 7.再分别把每个剂子揉圆。
  • 8.取一个剂子擀成长方形,底部用手按压贴住揉面垫。
  • 9.从上至下卷起来。
  • 10.收口朝上,一头用擀面杖擀开贴住揉面垫。
  • 11.再把另一头包住,收口捏紧,再反过来一个甜甜圈面坯就做好了。
  • 12.全部做好盖上保鲜膜,二次发酵30分钟。
  • 13.锅里烧油,油温五成热,下入面坯小火炸,用筷子不停的翻面,炸至表面金黄,甜甜圈浮起明显变大,变得轻盈即可捞出控油。
  • 14.然后在表面筛上糖粉。
  • 15.一款松软香甜的甜甜圈面包就做好了。
