豆浆机版酸梅汤
酸梅汤是夏天很受欢迎的健康饮料。从去年开始根据网上的配方煲过多次酸梅汤,试过的配方有的乌梅太多,一锅酸酸的,有的喝起来不太像酸梅汤,在我试过的多个配方中这次分享的【桂花酸梅汤】是比较合我口味的。这次用豆浆机制作了原汁原味的酸梅汤,不过功夫比煲多些,要把乌梅去核切丁,要把山楂干去籽,这样所有的食材打碎融入到酸梅汤种,吸收更彻底。

  • 乌梅25克
  • 山楂20克
  • 甘草5克
  • 洛神花15克
  • 陈皮15克
  • 薄荷15克
  • 1000ML
  • 桂花5克
  • 冰糖50克

Steps to make 豆浆机版酸梅汤

  • 1.准备好所有材料:薄荷、甘草、洛神花、陈皮和山楂,陈皮切丝
  • 2.乌梅去核切丁
  • 3.把山楂所有的山楂籽去掉
  • 4.把准备好的食材放在豆浆机里,加入水至1200毫升刻度处,浸泡2小时以上
  • 5. 浸泡后加入50克冰糖
  • 6.按下豆浆机的【养生汤】功能键,豆浆机工作完毕就有酸甜解暑的酸梅汤,品尝时可以撒上桂花
