我儿子爱吃奶酪焗饭,我家买奶酪一次都是买原包装5公斤的,随便他什么时候要吃焗饭,都有奶酪,可以随时做给他吃。哈哈,可怜天下父母心哦

Steps to make 鲜虾奶酪焗饭

  • 1.新鲜的大虾剪掉须、脚,并挑去虾线。因为用的是整个的虾,剪掉虾枪后把头部里面的沙包挑出来,这样吃起来才放心
  • 2.虾开水快速焯烫一下捞出
  • 3.苏里拉切丝
  • 4.胡萝卜和卤肉切丁备用
  • 5.中放油,下入胡萝卜煸炒至变色
  • 6.下入米饭炒散
  • 7.入肉丁,加适量的盐和胡椒粉
  • 8.翻炒均匀关火
  • 9.撒上一层马苏里拉
  • 10.放上虾,再撒上点马苏里拉
  • 11.烤箱170度预热3分钟,烤10分钟即可。
  • 12.烤好取出,再切点黄瓜片,即装饰又补充营养成分。享用吧!
