Steps to make 铜锣烧

  • 1.在大碗中放入鸡蛋和糖,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入蜂蜜搅拌均匀。
  • 3.筛入面粉和泡打粉,搅拌成均匀面糊。
  • 4.黄油隔水加热融化后,倒入面糊中搅拌均匀。
  • 5.将面糊放入冰箱冷藏30分钟,取出后倒入牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 6.将平底锅用小火加热。
  • 7.当面饼表层出现小气泡并有部分开始破裂,轻轻翻面,当反面变金黄即可。
  • 8.放凉后,在反面抹上红豆沙,夹起即可。
