^_^明湖小吃——炸荷花
“四面荷花三面柳,一城山色半城湖”就是说的我们泉城的大明湖,大明湖自古遍生荷莲,并且湖畔是垂柳依依,很漂亮。
荷花高洁典雅,出淤泥而不染,濯清涟而不妖,素有“花中君子”的美称,自古以来被无数文人墨客追捧赞美。
荷花不仅入诗、入画供人们吟诵欣赏,它还可以入口,更是女性用来逆时光、留住容颜的好帮手。西施之所以能拥有“鱼儿惊其美而沉”的容貌,就是荷花的功劳。在夏日荷塘飘香时,西施每天早晨会去荷塘边收集荷叶上积聚的露珠,摘取盛开的荷花、荷叶及莲藕,将其放在一起捣碎后用纱布包住,挤出浆汁食用。
而在中医古籍中,关于荷花的养颜功效也多有记载:《本草纲日》称荷花能“镇心安神,养颜轻身”。以荷花、莲藕、莲子为材料制成的仙莲丸,能悦色、延年、不老。用荷花来活血化瘀,促进血液的流通,化去体内的瘀滞之物,自然就能达到美肤养颜的效果。可见荷花的护肤功效确实不错。
荷花清雅香甜,沁人肺腑,烹食荷花,是济南地区的食俗,食之清香宜人,真可谓秀色可“餐”。每至大明湖中荷花盛开的时候,清香的荷花便成为济南人的美食。

  • 1.需要准备:莲花的花苞数朵枣泥馅,鸡蛋,面粉,淀粉,面包糠,白糖还有油。
  • 2.选里面的嫩瓣,用盐水浸泡一下冲洗干净控干水分抹上枣泥后把两片盒起来。
  • 3.就像这样
  • 4.一个鸡蛋加一份的面粉一份的淀粉
  • 5.调成这样的糊
  • 6.拖上蛋糊
  • 7.粘上面包糠
  • 8.中小火炸制金黄色后捞出放吸油纸粘去多余的油脂
  • 9.摆盘撒上白糖
  • 10.也可以放果酱、蜜汁等
  • 11.特点:外皮香酥,中间甜软,包裹着淡淡的莲花的清香,好吃极了~~
