    • 1.黄鱼洗净去内脏鳞,头,我不喜欢吃头所以去掉。
    • 2.鱼身上刻刀。用盐,胡椒粉,腌渍十分钟入味。鱼里拌一勺食用油。
    • 3.沾一层淀粉。
    • 4.入油锅煎微黄即可。中小火。
    • 5.出锅撒一层孜然粉,芝麻即可,也可以撒椒盐。
