  • 1.西洋菜洗净。(我这西洋菜按把卖,都是嫩尖。)
  • 2.胡萝卜去皮剁块。
  • 3.南北杏洗干净。
  • 4.排骨飞水,洗去浮沫。
  • 5.把排骨,胡萝卜,南北杏放入汤锅,放入8杯水大火烧开,转中小火煲30-40分钟。
  • 6.煲了40分钟的汤。
  • 7.放入西洋菜大火转10分钟。
  • 8.放盐调味即可。
  • 9.入秋清润的时令汤水。
