南方人习惯吃米饭,不爱吃面食,但不知为什么却对“面条”会情有独钟;热乎乎的大碗皮肚面、温热的三鲜炒面都是我们的大爱。随着天气越来越热,热汤面有点失宠,而各种口味凉面则开始盛行。
家人爱吃面条,热汤面、炒面和凉面都很喜欢;同时我和那位还很喜欢韩国风味美食;炒年糕、烤肉和泡菜想吃时,随手就会做些解馋,因此家里常会备些韩式调料,其中韩国辣椒酱几乎就没断过。
作为美食达人,爱美食爱创新是我的目标;看就一盒刚打开的辣椒酱躺在冰箱如果变质多可惜了,正好天热没胃口想吃碗凉面;于是就想到韩国辣椒酱做酱拌凉面应该不错,心动赶紧行动吧----

  • 熟芥花油1小勺

Steps to make 韩式辣椒酱拌面

  • 1.清水烧开加1小勺食盐
  • 2.放入面条加盖大火
  • 3.滚开后滴少许清水、大火继续
  • 4.煮至没有白芯,挑出放入凉水盆中
  • 5.再挑出盘中滴入熟芥花油拌匀
  • 6.准备好韩国辣椒酱
  • 7.加入韩国辣椒酱拌匀
  • 8.最后撒些葱花
  • 9.有没有被诱惑到了
