蒜苔炒腊肉算是腊肉的经典吃法了,腊肉还是前一段朋友送的,当时送了一包腊肉和一包腊肠。前段腊肠朋友刚送来的时候就迫不及待的吃掉,腊肉一直到今天家里弄来客人才拿出来吃。朋友送的是正宗的湘西王家五腊肉。

  • 生抽一勺
  • 蚝油一勺

Steps to make 蒜苔炒腊肉

  • 1.准备做菜所需的食材
  • 2.腊肉切成簿片
  • 3.把腊肉片放在锅中煮一下,煮好的腊肉丛锅中捞出入在开水中浸泡5-10分钟
  • 4.蒜苔切段
  • 5.青椒切成块状
  • 6.生姜切片,葱切段
  • 7.炒锅加热倒入油,下入生姜和葱爆香
  • 8.腊肉捞出控下水倒入锅中翻炒
  • 9.加入蒜苔
  • 10.放入青椒
  • 11.加入蚝油和生抽
  • 12.翻炒均匀,蒜苔炒到熟就可以出锅了
