包裹着甜蜜和祝福的【薯泥酥饺(盒)】
“酥饺”,顾名思义,就是用酥皮制作的的饺子形状的点心。
咱们中国人爱吃饺子,所以今天做了这个“酥饺”。
內馅使用的是“薯泥蔓越莓馅”,全天然无添加,不含糖和油,且颜色金黄,着实有些炫目。美味的同时,也不忘记健康呢~

Steps to make 包裹着甜蜜和祝福的【薯泥酥饺(盒)】

  • 1. 准备好全部材料;
  • 2.红薯蒸熟后,去皮压成泥,再加入适量蔓越莓干,拌匀,即成馅;
  • 3.将酥皮擀开,大约厚薄为0.3cm的长方形面片;
  • 4.用圆形模具,在面片上刻出小面皮。我用的是直径9cm的圆环;
  • 5.烤箱预热210度。在圆形小面片上刷一层蜂蜜与清水的混合物;
  • 6.放上一些薯泥馅;
  • 7.将圆形面片对折;
  • 8.用叉子在接口处压出花纹(酥盒的制作,只要刻出小面片,刷糖水然后再叠加);
  • 9.酥饺的表面再刷上一层蜂蜜与清水的混合物(酥盒表面撒一层粗砂糖);
  • 10.放入预热好的烤箱,中层,上下火, 200度,烘烤20~25分钟,至酥饺层次展开,表面金黄;
  • 11.烘烤结束句后,立即出炉,用铲刀将酥饺转移到晾网上晾凉,即可食用。
