我本人不爱吃面,在外面吃饭时汤水的乌冬面从来不点。偶尔在家做炒的~自己做的也非常好吃~胖子哥就是特别爱吃变成了胖子,我还没吃多少呢全端走了说明天再多做点5555~

Steps to make 培根杂蔬炒乌冬面

  • 1.主材料;
  • 2.乌冬面放沸水中煮1分钟;
  • 3.捞出沥干加少许油拌匀待用;
  • 4.圆白菜切小片;洋葱切丝;红椒切丝;
  • 5.培根切小片~煎锅中加少许油烧热,把培根煎煸出油后盛出;
  • 6.留油,把切片的杏鲍菇煎至焦黄;
  • 7.炒锅中加油烧热,先把圆白菜、洋葱和红椒炒一会儿;
  • 8.再加入乌冬面、培根和杏鲍菇炒匀;
  • 9.调味:加盐、酱油、素易鲜,翻炒均匀就可以了。
